
Madeline Curtin
Madeline Curtin is a Chicago-born theatremaker currently residing on the Southside. A proud graduate of Millikin University, her main goal is to increase the accessibility of theatre and dance to differently-abled individuals, marginalized voices, and traumatized individuals, creating a more inclusive theatre community accepting of everyone's background and story.

She recently worked with Oil Lamp Theater as Luanne in the Chicago premiere of Rooted by Deborah Zoe Laufer. Recent credits include Katrina Van Tassel in The Legend of Sleepy Hollow at 3 Brothers Theatre, Assistant Director to Katie Spelman on Once: The Musical at Writers Theatre, Martha Cratchit in A Christmas Carol at Metropolis Performing Arts Center, Choreographer for Beverly Theatre Guild's production of The Wizard of Oz, Assistant Director to Alex Miller for Millikin University's production of Romeo and Juliet, Co-director and Choreographer of Wanda's Monster: A Children's Musical at Millikin University, and playwright of The World We Chose, which had its world premiere at Pipe Dreams Studio Theatre.
In her free time, she teaches Creative Movement to young children, and has recently been commissioned to write a play for Theatre Above the Law. Updates coming soon.
